Help us set up for the event, sign in exhibitors and direct them to their table, pass out passports and HW passes for students that complete the passports, and post-event breakdown

Help set up the cafeteria, check exhibitors in, and provide passports to children that want to participate in the passport stamp for homework pass challenge.

Exhibition Tables

Show off your favorite traditional foods, drinks, or desserts from your culture!

We will provide a table that you can decorate as well as plates, forks, and napkins for your table. If the dish you are serving needs special serving ware, please bring that yourself.

Bring a traditional food, drink, or dessert from your culture. Come at 5:00 PM to setup. Expect to serve approximately 150 small portions. If you need electricity to heat your dish, please bring an extension cord.
